The number of alcohol breath tests being carried out by police continues to plummet despite the rising road toll. New figures supplied to RNZ News show the number of tests recorded last year were the lowest in a decade. The minister responsible for road safety is alarmed at the drop off, saying there's a crisis on New Zealand's roads.
